Over 90,000 visitors converge at MCHI-CREDAI Property 2013
The country's largest real estate exhibition, MCHI-CREDAI Property 2013, lived up to its theme 'Mumbai makes me happy' as more than 90,000 'happy' prospective customers thronged the property show during April 11-14, 2013. According to senior authorities of Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI-CREDAI), developers and buyers struck several deals, including spot bookings, during the exhibition. The premier property show also witnessed good enquiry for luxury properties as more and more people are keen to experience global living standards and life style, MCHI officials added. As such, the leading developers were inundated with site-visit requests from potential customers. Mr. Paras Gundecha, President, MCHI-CREDAI, said, "The property show was a success. We received innumerable enquiries from potential customers on properties that were priced rightly. One and two BHK flats, in particular, generated huge enquiries. The huge number of walk-ins on all four days and decent
booking figures has confirmed that substantial demand for housing existed in various categories at numerous locations across the country. It gives us great pleasure that we have managed to change the perception of analysts and critics. Importantly, the exhibition has added optimism among every stakeholder of the real estate sector." Mr. Bandish Ajmera, Chairman of the exhibition committee, said, "I am particularly happy that this year's exhibition drew a quality crowd and serious buyers. This year, our special amenities included an enormous cafeteria, a conference hall, a luxurious VIP Lounge, and even a kids' zone to look after the children. It was the collective effort of the team that transformed the MMRDA exhibition hall into a swanky business centre." The timing of the exhibition was a significant contributor to its success. The four-day property extravaganza was carefully designed to include holidays such as Gudi Padva and the second Saturday (a government holiday), whi
translated into a long weekend for interested visitors and prospective buyers. The relative ease in entering the premises was another enabling factor. Organisers said that entry was completely hassle-free despite the huge footfalls. Online registration helped a lot to avoid the rush, they added. Ms. Manju Yagnik, Co-Chairperson of the exhibition committee, commented, "We are extremely happy with the response of the Mumbaikars to the country's largest realty exhibition. The MCHI CREDAI Property 2013 was a great success. The two informative seminars - Prospects India 2013- Decoding the Property Buyer of tomorrow and Mumbai Makeover- Redevelopment - also earned a lot of applause. I can now proudly say that the whole event has cast a positive spell on the real estate industry across India. We are sure that it will lead to a buying spree in the sector." Mr. Pratik Patel, Co-Chairman of the exhibition committee, added, "The exhibition turned into a carnival as home buyers had the
experience of looking at over 15,000 property offerings and take an informed decision. We are confident that many home buyers and developers will now engage over the next few days to complete the process." The 21st edition of the MCHI-CREDAI Property 2013 was inaugurated by Maharashtra Housing Minister Sachin Bhau Ahir on the auspicious day of Gudi Padva. on-chip PMBus™ address selection current source to reduce external components. These new DSCs offer the lowest power dissipation of any of the GS family members, and are the first available in a 20-pin SSOP package and the even smaller 36-pin VTLA package, which has a 5x5 mm footprint. "Customer adoption of our dsPIC33 GS family has been outstanding, with design wins in a wide range of power products globally," said Mitch Obolsky, vice president of Microchip's MCU16 Division. "The new dsPIC33FJ09GS302 family builds upon that success by enabling the efficiency of full digital control in more cost-sensitive, lower-wattage power-conversion applications." Development Support The new MPLAB® Starter Kit for Digital Power (part # DM330017), also announced today, allows customers to explore digital power conversion using Microchip's dsPIC33 "GS" architecture in popular digital power-conversion topologies. The Kit includes a buck converter and a boost converter with onboard
programmable loads for each, along with an LCD display for voltage, current, temperature and fault conditions. An onboard debugger/programmer with a USB interface is included. Microchip also has a wide range of reference designs, demonstrating various digital power- conversion applications and topologies, such as the recently introduced Platinum-rated 720W AC-DC and the Enhanced Solar Microinverter reference designs. Microchip's full suite of standard development tools support the dsPIC33FJ09GS302 family, including the MPLAB® Integrated Development Environment.
